Experienced leading and managing End to End Testing governance and process management. Including building end to end testing schedules, defect resolution tracking, reporting , and trend analysis. Experienced working with complex teams including third party vendors to build out testing plans/schedules and testing reports. Experience with FISERV suite of products a plus.
Expert usage of Microsoft Office suite- particularly Powerpoint, MS Project Experience with Collaboration tools (i.e. Sharepoint, etc.)
Responsible for Testing Governance and process management for a large system conversion. Work with internal team and third party vendor(s) to build out end to end test schedule and manage team to that schedule.
Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to develop test scripts and perform data validation and end to end testing in accordance with the plan.
Build and govern testing reports, defect management and reporting. Lead meetings, organize team and ensure all UAT testing is completed.
