Position : Senior Business Analyst - Payroll Solution Delivery/ Oracle EBS Business Analyst
Required Experience and Skills
5+ years IT BA experience.
Expertise in Oracle e-Business Suite Payroll modules.
Experience working with Payroll and Payroll Tax business processes and applications.
Strong understanding and exhibited experience with business analysis best practices.
Demonstrated ability to elicit and analyze business requirements.
Demonstrated ability to deliver functional specifications, system configuration and test cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
Advanced degree and applicable certifications a plus.
